Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already rendered up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and have only begun to perform the service after you have given your express consent to do so and, at the same time, confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

A right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts that were not concluded off-premises or by distance selling (e.g., during a personal appointment in our offices). Likewise, no right of withdrawal exists for contracts concluded exclusively on a success-fee basis (pure commission upon actual conclusion of a contract between seller/landlord and referred interested party) and where no advance payments are invoiced — in this case, a payment obligation only arises upon the successful completion of the brokerage.
