Mission

The Journal of FREITAG® Immobilien GmbH provides factual market classifications, data analyses and background reports on the German premium real estate market with a focus on Munich and Bavaria. We clearly distinguish between news, analysis and opinion.

Source Work

All market data, prices and statistics are taken exclusively from verifiable primary sources. We do not interpolate, synthesise or estimate any values. If a detail is missing in the original source, we omit it.

Fact-Checking

Every article undergoes a two-stage editorial review: professional plausibility check against market data and final linguistic editing. External studies and quotes are linked to their original source.

Corrections

Content corrections are transparently documented at the foot of the article as "Update" with the date and a brief description of the change. Significant corrections are additionally marked at the beginning of the article.

Independence & Conflicts of Interest

The editorial team operates independently of individual mandates of the firm. If an object, transaction or market participant is reported on where FREITAG® holds a mandate, we indicate this in the article.

Diversity

We strive for a pluralistic selection of voices, market participants and regional perspectives beyond Munich and Bavaria.

Feedback

The editorial team welcomes corrections, praise and criticism at info@freitag.immobilien .
