Regarding our financial situation: Our combined household net income is approximately €4,400 net per month (Dari has a stable net income of approximately €2,200, Alexis €2,300). Both employment contracts will be fully available at the latest upon signing the tenancy agreement. Furthermore, we have sufficient savings to cover the deposit and, if necessary, the rent for the first 12 months. As additional security, our parents can act as guarantors (property ownership valued at approximately €1 million and stable income available, proof upon request). We are happy to provide a current Schufa credit report and further documents.
